Memorial Maintenance Services

Our Maintenance Service

We know it is not always possible for people to tend to their loved one’s memorials as much as they would like to.

Memorials are subjected to all manner of weather conditions and environmental elements. Whilst Granite and other types of natural stone are noted for their durability, they do get damaged over time due to weathering. By cleaning memorials multiple times throughout the year, this effect is minimised and ensures that the need for intensive renovation is less likely.

How it works

For one annual payment your memorial will be visited twice a year where any cleaning tidying and re-levelling work will be carried out.

What it includes

Thorough wash-down of the memorial including lettering
Check for subsidence and level if necessary
Check vase container(s)
Tidy the area around the grave
6-monthly Report including photograph of the monument to show completed work

My brother and I are very happy with the memorial stone for our parents. This was all arranged online and everyone at Ross Stonecraft were very helpful and efficient. Completion of the work was much faster than expected.

Ross Stonecraft have just engraved my mother in laws inscription on to my father in laws gravestone and also resituated the stone to go in between the two graves , the communication and service was carried out with care and compassion and we would highly recommend their services

Myself and my family just wanted to say how delighted we were with the excellent restoration work that your guys recently did to our grandparents and parents grave (Hazeldene/Dyer). the workmanship and attention to detail was exemplary , the twenty year old original headstone looked as crisp and fresh as the recently laid stone, the replaced vases were an unexpected bonus. Overall a perfect all round great job, thank you, thank you, thank you

Tom Price

Excellent quality engraved stone. Patient and helpful staff who provided a stone for multiple family members with precise wording, spacing and sizing (as required by the churchyard).

Just wanted to thank Ross Stonecraft for the amazing service from start to finish . Never easy reliving this process but they were very helpful. The communication from start to finish was impeccable. The stone itself is just as we expected .

Really professional, and just the right level of compassion for what you are buying. Very nice showroom. The only place we went to that has miniature, hand-held versions of the headstones, which allows you to walk it into the sun to get an idea of what it looks like outside. The showroom at the back is very well kept and laid out. Overall, of the 3 we visited, it was lightyears ahead of the others.

We are delighted with the service provided by Ross Stonecraft. Our mum died in December in Central Scotland however it was always her wish to be buried alongside her beloved father in Slough. Staff at Ross Stonecraft made what could have been a very difficult, long distance process much easier. We are very grateful and would definitely recommend them.

Kathryn Brown

Ross Stonecraft did the stone for my sister. From start the finish they were excellent and the stone is beautiful. Great quality and value.
